New Digital Marketing Course Released
Internet Academy is happy to announce that we will be launching our brand new course Digital Marketing on the 12th of January 2015. Digital Marketing is currently the fastest growing marketing form, with companies choosing to spend over half their marketing budget on online marketing avenues.
What is Digital Marketing
The term 'Digital Marketing' was first coined in the 1990s but by the turn of the century it has become an effective and efficient way to nuture and build client relationships. The rapid growth of the Digital Media, like Social Media, Search Engines and Ad Platforms has created a lot of new avenues for marketing and advertising. Furthermore with the surge in smart devices has led to an exponential growth for this media. By 2020 Digital Marketing is said to become the primary method for advertising for most companies.
One of the more intersting aspects of Digital Marketing is the Online Behavioural Advertising (OBA). OBA is a new method for advertising which involves tailoring ads and campaigns to users based on their likes and preferences. It has been found to be one of the most effective methods, producing a lower Cost Per Conversion and better customer interactions.
